  1. Hello Preps!
Your sunflowers are amazing. I think Vincent Van Gogh is a wonderful artist and he would be very proud to know he has inspired your creative art work.
I love your blog - I teach Prep too and we have made Marvellous Monsters because we are learning about the letter 'm'. If you visit our blog you can see our (not so scary) monsters.
I think we could be great friends and share our learning with each other. I think our schools are not far away from each other.
    Have fun!

    1. Dear Mrs Kennedy and prep K,
Thank you for your comments. We really enjoyed making the sunflowers. We cut a circle shape because we are looking at shapes in maths. This was the centre of our sunflower. We then tore up pieces of paper and stuck them onto the circles. We then drew petals and cut them out and attached them to the circle also and then onto a stick.
We are going to look at the art of many artists. Thank you again and we would love to see your marvelous monsters.
Have a great day at school, from all your new friends in Prep N and Mrs Noonan
